Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a mixed family. Her father and mother are both English. Her family was raised on a south London community estate, where she attended The Brit School at age 14. In London, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was awarded. While attending the academy, she appeared in a number of stage productions such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career in the film Storm Damage. The actress has been an actor in Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's film debut was in Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), alongside Colin Farrell. Her popularity has led her to be cast in Elisha in a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside playing the character of Ollie. In 2008 she landed Bambi's character on ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She appeared in both series 2 and 3. Madekwe starred as the lead character in How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedic comedy that was released in 2008. Her credits in the theatre include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe was a part of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode series aired for just 2 weeks at The CW and then it ended. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. In May of 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe, who had been a series regular in the two previous seasons, had decided to quit the show after a guest-appearance in the premier episode of the new season. From 2014 to the year 2016, she appeared on Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe got married to her long-time partner, Iddo. They have worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he played a part with her on the TV series Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in the large family. Her parents were Patty and Roy Leggat. Her four older brothers were present as well including twins Todd and Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's sports brothers played baseball in summer as well as hockey in winter. Ashley had never been able to walk. She danced. When she reached 2 and a 1/2 and a half, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley became a dancer since that time. Ashley participated in the top divisions in jazz, tap hip hop, ballet Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre and pointe until she graduated in high school. She was the top soloist in important competitions like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, were all awarded to Ashley.
